Jackson has turned into quite the sleepyhead lately. He loves to stay up later than bedtime, but then never wants to get up in the mornings. At least he comes by it honestly!
My husband of 7 years, the father of our two boys and the love of my life! He's a funny guy who can certainly make me laugh, has a wealth of Razorback knowledge, and is very competitive. Hmmm, wonder where Jackson gets it from?
Jackson
This is our 6 year old boy, Jackson. Aka..the great tormenter. He's a good boy most of the time...very competitive, inquisitive, and can be a bit lazy from time to time. He's a GREAT big brother and an all around good little boy. He makes us smile!
Ethan
This is our 2 year old son, Ethan, who was diagnoised with a multicystic kidney while in the womb. He was given a 25% chance of developing cysts in both kidneys, which would have been lethal for him. It turns out, Ethan has a duplicate collecting system (2 ureters instead of one on his left side) PLUS an ureterocele inside his bladder. He's had 1 surgery and goes every once in awhile for tests and/or clinic appointments. He's been through a lot in his short life but we're just proud he's here with us!
Remembering Evan
A 4 year old mind....
August 12, 2009--So, yesterday Jackson and I were down getting the trash can at the driveway and Jackson stopped by the pond and said, "Shhh...Mom! I think there are sheep in the pond!" Of course, these were only frogs croaking but it DID actually sound a lot like sheep!
September 18, 2009--Did you know that Daddy has a voice like this? "RRRAAAHHH!" and mama has a voice like this? "RRRaaahhh!" and baby has a voice like this? "rrraaahhh!" (spoken in Goldielocks and the 3 bears fashion.)
November 14, 2009--Jackson: Mom, why do your breasts have milk in them? Me: Because that's they way God made them and it's the best food for Baby Ethan. Jackson: It sure would have been cool if God would have put apple juice in them instead!
